Welcome to ClawPilot. Please read and understand these Terms in full before using this service. By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using ClawPilot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"ClawPilot" means the iOS client app and related service capabilities provided by the ClawPilot team.
"Gateway" means the OpenClaw Gateway service instance that you configure, connect, or manage yourself.
"Anonymous identifier" means the "external_user_token" generated and stored on your device at first launch, used to identify an anonymous account.
2. Service Description
ClawPilot mainly provides the following capabilities:
Connecting and managing your configured Gateway with chat, message, and attachment interactions.
Client features such as gateway configuration, session management, notification settings, and cache management.
Backend supporting capabilities, including anonymous account bootstrap, installation management, subscription entitlement verification, Gateway binding, session title generation, and voice upload pre-signing.
Note: Under the current architecture, ClawPilot's core chat flow is direct communication between the app and your Gateway. You are responsible for validating your Gateway deployment, model configuration, and runtime security.
3. Account and Identity
ClawPilot uses an anonymous identifier mechanism and does not require phone or email account registration.
You must keep your device and related credentials secure to prevent unauthorized use.
If you switch devices, clear local data, or delete your account, historical configurations and linked data may not be recoverable.
4. User Obligations and Conduct
When using ClawPilot, you agree to:

Not impersonate others, misuse credentials, or infringe the lawful rights of third parties.
5. Gateway and Third-Party Services
You choose and manage your Gateway yourself and are responsible for its availability, security, configuration correctness, and data compliance.
Third-party services connected through ClawPilot (such as model services, object storage, or messaging channels) are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
ClawPilot is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by your Gateway, third-party services, network conditions, client operating environments, or misconfiguration.
6. Subscriptions and Payments

Renewal timing, charges, refunds, and order dispute handling are governed by Apple rules and your Apple account settings.
